I'm writing my post early today because I don't want to forgot my topic - it's food again. What's up with that? Seriously, you'd think I'm an obese, food obsessed person! (Food obsessed, maybe. Obese - nope).
Today's mouth watering delicacy? Greek yogurt. Mmmmmm :) I "discovered" greek yogurt not that long ago. I'm not sure where it was hiding and why I hadn't tried it earlier - I've always been a fan of yogurt. Now, I am truly a greek yogurt addict. Yesterday I splurged on fresh berries (who are we kidding? Fresh in Feb.?!). Well, I splurged on berries and had them with my yogurt and granola this morning. This will easily carry me through the day with a smile on my face. Wow - should I be worried that food has this kind of power over me? I may need to seek counseling! A.
