We aim to be productive, efficient, and capable.
However, seldom that it is achieved, I'm thankful for days when I actually get stuff done.
Today, I managed to get up mere minutes before leaving for church, I got ready at church, and did my presentation. Later, at home, I cleaned my room, did all my laundry, and did a pile of homework. I even had time to watch the 84th Academy Awards (hooray!).
When I get things (oh, things... I hate that word...)
When I complete objectives, I have this wonderful feeling of euphoria... because.. well I don't know, but it's a really really good feeling.
I love feeling accomplished, knowing I made a goal and I completed it.
I also really really enjoyed doing my laundry today. Why? Dryers.
Flippin' drying machines make my life. I love when you open the door to check your clothing, and this cloud of heat radiates up from a black hole that leads to heaven.
Today, I actually climbed into the dryer and just kind of slept there like a house cat on the heap of cozy clothing, boy, it was nice!
Yeah, I had a pretty good day :)
