Seeing teachers out of school.

To remind me that not ALL teachers are evil soulless monsters of damnation.

But! Seeing a teacher outside of school reminds us that teachers have lives and loves other than teaching! Sometimes it's hard to think of a teacher as anything other than a teacher until you get to know them better. I, in fact, came to know a teacher quite recently, as something quite different than what everyone assumed he was... if that makes sense...
Let's just say that it was a school trip, where he was drunk and confessed how he pees in the pool.
And yes, we have it on video.
So, my official challenge to every student-reader out there is to get to know one of your teachers really, really well, so that you know them as a person.
(One of my friend's teachers offered to take her to the movies today, which is weird, so not quite that close, okay?)
