No Walls

Today at soccer (yes, now I'm a soccer mom.  Will it never end!?), I ran into an old friend.  We see each other in the distance often but rarely have time to visit.  Tonight we had the whole game to walk laps around the field together and catch up.  She's the kind of person who tells it like it is.  No pretenses, no fakery, no "sugar coating" anything.  You know that what M. says, she means.  She's a very open person who will actually tell you how she is if you ask her!  I appreciate that in people.  I should be more like that (make me accountable to that, J.).  I'm thankful today for people who have no walls up, who are honest and true and live their lives openly for all to see.  Tear down those walls!  A.
