Our internet has been down for the last two days. I don't like how dependent of it I am! I think it's time for another technology fast!!! (Three exclamation marks means I'm very serious). However, not having readily available internet made me dig into my old cookbooks to figure out what to do with the chicken breasts and crab meat that was on sale (crab meat on sale? Probably not a good sign!). Crab stuffed chicken breasts came from my old fashioned searching. I also got some scrap booking done since I couldn't update my blog or answer emails. So, while I'm very thankful for the ease of surfing the web and the wealth of information it holds, I'm also thankful for the tried and true ways of utilizing my days b.i. (before internet).
