Today, January 2, 2012 (woah, 2012!!) concludes the second most extravagant time-period of the year - winter break. Though I'm a little bummed to be heading back to education (I know, it's sooooo important, blah blah) I'm also super excited, I've missed my friends (Tyra - my soulsister/soulmate) and even my teachers (big surprise).
Luckily, two days from the recommence of my seemingly life-sentence, I'm leaving on a jet plane (though I'm pretty sure I WILL be back again) to the happiest place on earth - Kelowna (bet you were thinking disneyworld, weren't you?). Five days of pure snowboarding await me, looking foward to that, I can presumably survive the coming two.
Henceforth, today I, princess #1 am thankful for vacations, preferably ones that take place DURING the school year.
P.S. To princess #2, I've heard the wistful news, I'm praying.
