When Ignorance Brings Happiness

My two boys are in swimming lessons.  They are both in split classes where the level they are trying to pass is the lower level.  Apparently they both found out today that perhaps their teachers aren't aware they are teaching split classes.  They have both been getting tested in the higher levels and are both doing very well in the higher levels!  This could mean that they each skip a level - less time sitting at the pool for me, less money spent on swimming lessons, less lessons (say that ten times fast!) for the boys to have to get themselves through.  Win/ win situation!  I sure hope they are right about this.  We'll find out in a couple weeks when report cards come out, I guess.  (Competitive?  Oh yes, J.  Unfortunately I am quite a competitive person in many ways.  I guess it just has to be channeled in the right direction to be useful).  A.
