The Encyclopedia Of Visages...

Where would we be without the Encyclopedia of Visages?

How would we find people from the past?
Stay in contact with far away friends?
How would we stalk people?
Or find out their interests?
Their history?
How do we connect with our family?
How else would we show people how amazing our lives really are (or aren't)?
How would teenagers spend the entirety of their day without it?
What would we do when classes are painfully boring?
How could we stay up to date with adolescent drama and angst?
And post pictures to let the world know how attractive we are?

It is the pamphlet of profiles.
The dictionary of disguises.
The silhouette scroll.
And the atlas of appearance.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the greatest invention of the twenty-first century:
Facebook.

Well, that is a bit of an overstatement.
But Facebook does have it's uses, that is, once you overlook the countless grammar and speling errors on the news feed.
If you caught the irony in the fact that I deliberately spelled "spelling" wrong, well... good job.

If you are a Facebook-free soul, I both pity you and envy you, for it is one of the most useful and destructive tools that mankind has to offer.

Let's go all post a status, hm?
